POLITICS IN INDIA.
DEFEAT OF SWARAJISTS. DELHI, February 21. In the Bengal legislature a motion for adjournment to express no-confidence in the Ministers, in view of their opposition to the release of political prisoners, was talked out. A Swarajist effort to enforce the closure was defeated by CI votes to 63.-- (Reuter.)
