HAMILTON'S JUBILEE.
THE SIXTIETH BIRTHDAY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A public meeting last night discussed the arrangements for celebrating Hamilton's diamond jxibilee this year. This will be held during Winter" Sliow week, and will include a parade of Maori war veterans, South African veterans, returned soldiers and Territorials, High School cadets, Boy Scouts, and Girl Guides, followed by a commemoration service at Soldiers' Park on the morning of the opening day, with a fireworks display in the evening. Committees are being formed to arrange further details.
