MIGRATING TO THE SOUTH. Jjy TONIGHT'S EXPRESS. The Prime Minister. Mr. W. F. Massey, and various Ministers of the Crown, las well as private members of Parliannent. are migrating south to Wellington j to-night. Mr. M.i=>ey had a busy day and had many private interviews both with politicians and personal friend?. Among itlic latter was one of Ms brothers. At 'lunch he was the guest of members o! 1 the Northern Club. The Premier had I hoped to make a longer stay in Aiickiland, but he is anxious to rejoin Mb. > Massey, who has been in somewhat inI'lifferent health for some time. Yesterday the Premier had a long interview with the (ioYprnor-Generai. Lord Jellijcoe, and he (lined at Government House ;in the evening. His secretary, Mr. F. JD. Thomson, who sTJompanied him to j tiie Imperial Conference, also goes sont'a i to-night. Sir FraucU Pel!, the Hon. C. J. Parr, the Hon. J. G. Coates. and the Hon. R. F. Bollard will also travel south to-nig-ht. The Minister of Railways and Public Works will leave the train at Te Kuiti. but the- others will proceed to Wellinsiton. Sir Maui Pomarc, who left Auckland this morning by t!ie Thames express to attend the funeral at Waahi of Taipu, oldest son of the Maori "King" Kata, will join the express at liuntly. The Hon. C. .T. Anderson, who has recently been in Tanr.iii-a dUtriet ivith <\ Tv Mnomillan. M.P., will j° in the train at Frankton.
