STREET RIOTS IN COLOGNE.
TROUBLE OVER THE DOLE. POLICE CHARGE A MOB. (Received 1 p.m.) BERLIN, January 24. A demonstration of unemployed in Cologne agninet the drastic reduction of the unemployment dole was marked by inflammatory speeches, after -which the crowd became threatening. The police fired over the heads of th« mob, who replied with shots from automatic pistols, a police inspector being wounded in the leg. The police then charged and dispersed the crowd.— (A. and M.Z.
