Margaret Leahy, a London girl, whom the First National Pictures had chosen for film training at Los Angeles, has begun an action against Norma and Constance Talmadjie, Joseph Schenck, the "Daily Sketch." and the "Evening Standard" for breach of contract, fraudu" lent misrepresentation, conspiracy, and libel. Miss Leahy was the winner of a competition in the '"Daily Sketch" to discover the best prospective actress in Britain. She starred in a picture produced at Los Angeles, and shortly afterwards returned for the public presentation.
