THE ASSEMBLY OPENED. •WAITING FOR VENIZELOS. (Received 11 a.m.) ATHENS, January 3. General Plastiras opened the Assembly with a speech describing the reasons for and the results of the revolution. Colonel Gonatas announced the Cabinet's resignation. It is expected that M. Venizelos will arrive immediately.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
