SPORTS AT FERNIELEA.

Situated in the Rnngltopuiii Valley midway between Albany and RirerheaJ, lies the progressive district of Fcrnielea. On ißoxing Day the first sports gathering was held, and upwards of 100 people attended. The event of the day was the tug-of-war. Fernlelea v. Albany, which, after herculean efforts, Fernlelea just managed to win. In the evening a concert and dance were held in the school, which was crowded.
