BULLER COALFIELDS.
BUSINESS MEN'S TOUR. (By Teiegraph.—Press Association.) WESTPOHT, Saturday. A party of Wellington business men have arrived here on a tour of inspection of the Buller coalfields and other resources. Under the guidance of the members of the Buller Progress League, the party inspected the Denniston incline and the mining fields at Cardiff and the proposed new mine at Clydevale. in connection with which it is proposed to convey coal by aerial transport from the mine to the railway, a distance of over a mile. The visitors were given a public reception by the Progress League this evening.
