ISSUE OF LICENSES.
" BAD POLICE RECORDS." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) -CHIUSTCHCRCH. Sunday. The Licensing Committee or the NewZealand Trotting Association has drawn attention to two cases In which it was stated men with bad police records have been recommended for licenses. It nas been decided to issue a circular to clubs, emphasising the necessity of exercising great care before recommending applications.
