THE MESSENGER WISH.
PSYCHOLOGY IN BUSINESS. j Since the original Solomon showered this baneful old world with his wisdom we have advanced in many ways, but never have we been able to exceed the • exacting limitations imposed by nature. These are the immutable laws of life, which really clothe the soul of the world under the much radiated term science, which is as much a fixed axiom of business to-day as it was yesterday. It is still a fundamental of commerce that the seller should be grateful to the buyer and vice versa, and both should extend | favourable recognition of the maker of | goods that give real service. It is this interchange of harmony in all business j that spells success. No firm in Auckland understands this in a broader sense than Messrs. J. A. Messenger, Ltd., the ! well-known manufacturers' agents and • importers, of the Hall of Commerce, i High Street. Amongst the lines of | good repute which have the endorsement ' of sellers and buyers*—and they are the final judges—are colorite straw-hat finish and fabric dyes, which are distributed I New Zealand-wide by the firm in ques- j tion. The whole range of their carmote I products is largely used in the best i automobile painting, and there is an ' ideal preservative for leather-work and upholstery-. Other useful, as well as artistic lines, come under the Messenger | control, and not the least interesting I of the firm's activities is its installation | of soda fountains throughout the North 1 Island. Messrs. J. A. Messenger, Ltd., j are experts in this sphere, having been handling the lines since 1874. since when ! there are few districts which have not I had the benefit of their experience. The I firm deals with all technical inquiries in I these matters, and its successful work j in the installation of ice-cream-makingl machinery has been recently capped by ', the fitting up of the plant of one of the largest wholesale ice-cream manufac- j turers in New Zealand. Still holding to j its belief in happy business reciprocity, I Messrs. J. A. Messenger, Ltd.. take this ! opportunity of wishing clients a Merry I Christmas and Happy New Year, in ; which the public, under the auspices of j the brightest days of sunshine, may be able to enjoy the fruits of the firm's ; efficient soda and ice-cream-making installations, which rarely, if ever, fail, j
