I « Mr. Raul Prebisch, of the Financial j n Secretariat of the Argentine Republic, is at present on a visit to the Dominion. Mr. Prebisch has been appointed a commissioner by the Government of the Argentine to visit the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, to inquire into the systems of land and income tax in those countries, and also to inquire into the methods of statistical compilation.
