FIRE AT TIMARU.
a DAMAGE IX CONVENT. (By Telegraph.—Prpss Association.) TIMARU, this day. Fire at noon gutted a study on the .top floor of the Convent ot' the Sacred Heart. A good deal of water penetrated the lower floors. The lire brigade made a good save. It is thought the fire occurred in the vicinity of the kitchen chimney.
