Sc Eczema said he caused so much ill-health and pain to the human race he ought to be Chief Scourger. Sc. Cuts claimed that S.S. Wounds, Burns and even Scratches gave great pain and trouble to the humans. He wanted the CSair. Sc. Pyorrhea said he went to the root of the matter. Indigestion, Rheumatism, Neuritis, all followed his action. After much discussion on the motion of Sc Mic. Robe, Sc Dirt was made Chief Scourger and Chairman, as representing S. 5. Tench, F. nth, G. Arbage and Co., universal causers of disease and sickness. Chief Scourger Dirt said they had heard with great dismay of the recent meeting of the. N.Z. Insect Commonwealth and its fatal ending caused by their Enemy "CAMPHOS." Apparently wherever it was used DISEASE AND ITS ALLIES WERE DOOMED IF "Camphos" which was a power in the world, became generally used they would all be washed and wiped out of existence. Scourger Spies had been instructed to prepare reports of the Union's activities. He proposed to adjourn till the reports were ready.
