There are many visitors, he thinks, who arc ignorant of the prohibition against gathering oysters. "Ratepayer"' wishes to call the attention of tiie City Council to the state of Oliver Street and Torahi Avenue, both of which aro. in very bad order, whils the footpaths arc overgrown with weed;.
