A FRACTIONAL MAJORITY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) MORRTNSVILLE, this dat. A loan of £13,150 to metal Kiwitahi roads was carried by the barest of majorities, the voting being: Votes for, 23; against. 15. The three-fifths majority required to carry the loan is 22 4-5; the loan is therefore carried by ons-fifth of a vote.
