INSPECTION OF SHIPPING. A RADICAL CHANGE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The question of medical inspection of shipping in New Zealand has been referred to the Board of Health by the Minister. Although the decision of the Board is not yet available, it is understood that members have endorsed proposals which will 'bring about a radical change in the procedure in connection with the inspection for health purposes of -shipping arriving from overseas.
