HASTINGS JUBILEE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. A carnival week, to mark the jubilee of Hastings, was opened yesterday Morning with a historical procession and otlior festivities. The streets are decorated, and there i= a large influx of visitors. A luncheon was given to the veterans und early settlers, and was largely attended.
