WELLINGTON, this day. | Captain Mundy has arranged to leave New Zealand for England via Sydney on the 2Lst September, and is due to join his regiment, the South Wales Borderers, on completion of three years on the Governor-General's stall. Lieutenant-Commander J. S. Dove. R.N.. will arrive by the Rotorua on Sunday next to succeed Captain Mundy as military secretary and aide-de-camp to his Excellency.
