ANTI-SOVIET STRIKES.
TEXTILE WORKERS AFFECTED. RIGA, September 13. A big strike has been declared in the Government textile works in Moscow. Thirteen anti-Soviet outbreaks are reported from Czaritzin, Tulta, and other parts of Russia.—(Reuter.)
