HOPE OF NATIONAMSTS. A POPULAR IDEAL (Received 1.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, September 12. Speaking nt the opening of the TransViial Nationalists' Congress. Mr. Tieman Boos strongly emphasised the ideal of a republic.
