This had been done, but two Items that hud not been decided were Ihe boundaries unif whether the newly formed association should be known as the Waikato Association, or a branch of the Auckland Association. It was decided that .Messrs. I'ulpun, Hutchison. Uillet and Graysnn be asked to attend the first meeting of the newly formed association and endeavour to make it a branch association. Safety Zones.—Some discussion took place re safety zones, and it was decided to ask the fit v Council to introduce a rule making il illegal for motor vehicles t..
