LONDON, September 12. The Berlin correspondent of the Central News Agency states that Dr. Strcsomann will announce on Wednesday that .'«> per cent, of shares ill German 'industrial undertakings will be issued for reparations. The Paris correspondent of the Express Telegraph Agency declares that there are grounds for stating that a high official of the French KmbHssy in Berlin arrived in Paris on Monday for the purpose of acquainting the French Government with the gist of the definite offer which Dr. Streseraann is reached to make immediately following pourparlers with the French Ambassador in Berlin.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) LOAN /OR GERMANY. A SUM OF ■£200,000,0C0. - XBW YORK, September 12. The financial editor of the "Kew York Times" states that lie learns from local banking circles that if France and Germany settle the Ruhr difficulty a group of international bankers, including the principal establishments in the I'nited States, Britain, and Europe, will negotiate a £200,000,000 loan for Germany, to be supervised by the League of Nations and guaranteed by mem'uer nations. It is understood that probably £(>o,Onn.Oofl of this loan would be floated in Britain and £50,000.000 in the I'nited States. I nder the provisions of the loan the respective lending countries would siinplv i raw materials, manufactures, etc.. needed by Germany to re-establish her own industry, and thus aid the re-establish-ment of norma? conditions of world trade (A. and X.Z.
