COLLISION WITH STEAMER. A HEAVY FOG. i (Heeciveil 10 a.m.) I VANCOUVER, September 12. Advices from .San Pedro state that United States battleship Texas, stealing south from San Franeiaco with five other l-attleships, struck the steamer Steel Seafarer, damaging her badly.
