'FRISCO PASSENGER FINED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.} WELLINGTON, this day. A young man named Robert Knowlcs, ft recent arrival from San Francisco, was fined £20 to-day for failing to declare a typewriter, silk hosiery, valued at £10, and six new trunks, valued at £37. A charge of smuggling was withdrawn.
