FOR HUSBANDS DEATH. COURT RESERVES DECISION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, this day. In the Arbitration Court the wido» of Walter Person claimed £652 steiling, damages from the New Zealand Shipping Company on account of the i death of her husband, a waterside ■worker, who, it was alleged, was injured try a sling of timber on one of the Attendant's steamers. The point in dispute was -whether the accident really , set up a condition of ill-health whidl eventually caused death. Decision wm reserved.
