"Planting work for the present i season is almost completed," said Mr. I Gunson, "some 4000 trees having been ' planted in permanent positions about i the park. The contractors for the tea : kiosk and the elephant house arc making good progress. On Thursday afternoon | the members of the Parks and Works I Committees will make a joint visit of 1 inspection. I'nfortuiiately. we have loat I the two small black bear cubs.
