CUTTING THE BLUE RIBBON. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, this day. The spell of sunny weather experienced this week unfortunately ended to-day, which is showery, and unfavourable for the Otira celebration-. The station and buildings are decorated. A district football tournament will be held this afternoon. The train coming from Otira this evening will be welcomed by a public gather, ing of townspeople.
