TYPES OF DIABETES. ' NOT GOOD FOR AIA. (Received 11 a.m.) ; ' LONDON, July 26. Dr. Banting admits there are certain typcß of diabetes for which insulin in its present state is useless; also others ' where it would be actually harmful. He ~t»ys: "There is a long way to travel, and we have still to discover, for instance, the I cause of diabetes." Many doctors seemed I eager to know whether it had been found I practicable for patients to administer insulin themselves. He - did not see any reason why this should not be. Dr. Banting related the case of the .
