THE CHARGE AGAINST A. L. SENNISTON. .... SUSPENDED FOR FOUR MONTHS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . WELLINGTON, this day.' The Appeal Court to-day, gave judgment in an application by the New Zealand Law Society to strike Archibald Lyon Denniston off the rolls of barrister* and solicitors. Judgment was delivered , by Mr. Justice Hosking. His Honor said there was no reason for alleged shortage* in Denniston's trust account. It had shown by Denniston that money which ought to have been' in the account was not there when required, and there had undoubtedly been improper dealing with trust funds. Considering the fact . that all the money had now been accounted for, the case would be net by suspending Denniston from practice for four calendar months. Denniston was also ordered to pay costs as between solicitor and client."'
