DESTRUCTIVE FIRE.
TRADE EXHIBITS LOST. DAMAGE £50,000. LONDON, July 23. A fire at Victoria Wharf, Dartford, destroyed exhibits worth £50,000 belonging to the exhibition branch of the Board of Trade. Many of the exhibits were to have been shown at the British Empire Exhibition.—(A. and N.Z. Cable)
