The annual meeting of the Waitemata Chamber of Commerce was held last night at Devonport when the following officers were elected for the ensuing /ear: President, Mr. F. Heldt; vice-president, Mr. ,T. Lowe; secretary and treasurer, Mr. G. A. R. Thomas; council, Messrs. P- NT. King, Fordham, James, Walsh, Martin, and ■Dγ.
