MISCONDUCT ADMITTED.
UNDEFENDED DIVORCE. Percy Roy Blakey (Mr. Hogben) obtained a divorce from Eliza Blakey at the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon on the ground of adultery, John Parry being named as co-respondent. A defence had been filed on behalf of respondent and co-respondent, but Mr. Dickson wae given leave to withdraw it. Petitioner in evidence stated that the marriage -was celebrated in October, 1903, and there was one child. In December, 1919, his wife left home with the corespondent, taking some of the furniture. A week later she repented to him of her conduct, saying ehe had been a wicked woman, and had ruined the lives of petitioner and co-respondent. An admission of adultery was put in, and his Honor granted a decree nisi.
