IRELAND PLAYS FRANCE. LONDON, June 22. The match between France and Ireland in the second round of the Davis Cup contest was commenced at Dublin yesterday. In the singles, Cochet (France) beat MeCrae, 6—l, C—3, 13—11; Campbell heat Borotra (France), Ci—l, 7— 5, 6 —o.
