(BrTelegraph.— Parliamentary Keporter.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. 1 Referring in the Legislative Council to-day to the resignation of the Hon. Major Harris, the Hon. Sir Francis Bell Moved a resolution regretting that Major Harris, could not continue his services in the Legislature, and assuring wm of the sympathy and respect of all members of the Council. Sir Francis ■ said that Major Harris had not been in good health of late, and had resigned wher than, continue to draw a salary *hen he was unable to attend. Major Harris had a very happy outlook on wr and ? 05seRSBtl tlle divine gift of i.bihty to see the humour of any question. The motion was seconded by the Hon. J. g.
