BRITISH INDUSTRY AFFECTED.
LONDON, June 20. The Prime Minister (Mr. Stanley Baldwin), at a conference with representatives of the Labour party and Miners' Federation, said that the position in the Ruhr was adversely affecting British industry. As far as" any one man could do anything, he was using his utmost endeavours to bring about a settlement.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
