A remarkable demonstration of unsatisfied land hunger at one of the largest land sales for many years, held j at Bulls to-day, when Mr.'*L. R. Me-! Kelvie'e Flock House, an estate of 3300 acres, subdivided into 34 section's, ranging from .15 to 460 acres, was offered at i auction. Twenty sections were sold, prices ranging from £8 8/ to £03 an acre. ! The proceeds 6f the eale totalled! £60,000.
