NO WORK FROM THE FRENCH. LONDON. April 20. Unemployed at Dusseldorf have written to the Government at Berlin I stating that they number .10,000. and if j the dole is not increased tbe3- will offer to work for the French. The latter, however, say there is no work to give them. At a meeting at Boelmm two Russian I agents who were present urged revolt. The French occupied stations at Badems, Nassau, and Dietz without incident. The Germans, as a reprisal, cut | telephone wires to Coblenz.—(A. and j X.Z. Cable.) j
