CROSLAND ESTATE, HELENSVILLE. The Croßlar.d Estate of 10,300 acres, I near Helensville, was sold this week through the Messrs. Mandeno Jackson. in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company at pre- | war value—the actual price not being I 1 disclosed. The property is said to be able to carry 7000 sheep and 750 cattle. The new owner will subdivide and sell most of the property, much of which is said to be suitable for dairying.
