Representatives from Dunedin. Christ-chiu-ch. Nelson, llisborne. Wanganiii. and Aiicklnnd attended, nnd after the report of the executive was taken the conference adjourned until 10 a.m.. tomorrow. Mr. Hugh Campbell wns elected president for the conference. To-morrow. Mr. Stringer, the Inspector of Scaffolding for New Zealand. will address delegates on the matter of the new scaffolding regulations, and tomorrow night in the Trades Hall he will deliver nn address on the same subject to workers.
