IN THE SEMI-FINALS. j NEW CLUB'S CHANCES. ! LONDON, March 11. The English football cup competition reaches the fourth round to-day. the i teams being Southampton v. West Ham. Queen's Park Rangers v. sKheflield United. Charlton Athletic v. Bolton Wanderers, and Tottenham Hotspurs v. Derby County. The outstanding interest centres in the performances of the comparatively new club, (.harlton. which has had an uphill tight throughout, and has won oftener than any club in the competition. Tottenham Hotspurs and Derby County previously have not met in the cup competition in League games. Tottenham Hotspurs have won once. Derby Country three times, and on four occasions drawn game? resulted. All the clubs are fully represented, and enormous interest is manifested throughout the country in the identity of the semi-finalists.--A. and N.Z.)
