A gentleman called at the "Star" today and complained bitterly of the free advertisement accorded his financial position. Dozens of people in the same employ as himself look at the letterrack, and there was a posted communication awaiting him, addressed through *'a window" to Mr. . -Above the address there* were shown clearly, in heavy red lettering, the words "Time payment account." The complainant was very greatly incensed and asked that attention should be drawn to the matter.
