ADMIRAL FULLER APPOINTED. iKeceiveil 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 7-Rear-Admiral Cyril Thos. M. Fuller, C.8., C.M.(}.. has been appointed third Sea Lord.—(A. and N.Z. (able.) Admiral Fuller, who is 49 years of age, served with the Togoland and Cameroons Expeditionary Forces from 1914 to 1010 as senior naval officer. He was in command of H.M.s. Repulse in 1916, and in 101S was appointed Director of Plans Division, Naval War Staff, at the Admiralty. He' attended the Peace Conference as head of the British naval section.
