SUPERVISION OF GRADING.
IMPROVEMENTS AT TjO>~DOX END.
The Xetv Zealand Meat Producers' Board has just received advice from its London office that salesmen and buyers are unanimous in their approval of the" supervision of grading by the 'board,, and agree that very great improvements in grading are already in cvi- ' dence this season since the supervisors have l>een appointed. The improvement of some works' has surprised operators, who state that meat from such works, which in previous years had- already sold at a substantial equal to the best.
