DECREE NISI GRANTED
(By Teiesrapb.—Own C«*rre9po»dent.) HAMILTON, this day. Decrees nisi were granted in the Supreme Court this morning in the cases of Edgar Kidman v. Marie Augustine Kidman, on the grounds of adultery with Walter Jensen, and Eliza Stone v. Joseph Stone, failure to obey an order for the restitution of conjugal rights.
