Mr. Bonar Law, speaking at an Eng-lish-speaking Union luncheon on the oc-c-asi.in of Washington's birthday celebration said, although the Dominions played a great part, it wae America's entry, though late, that had been the decisive factor in victory for the Allies in the Great War.—(A. and X.Z.
