(To tlie EdltotO Sir.—Un entering a hairdresser's shop in tin's city, especially in Queen Street, it will be nlvisable for a prospective customer to make himself conversant with charges before submitting himself to the chair. The public at present are exposed in some few instances to excessive demands. hi some hairdresser's shops in Auckland employees are paid a commission irrespective of wages on amounts charged customers. —I am. etc., GEO.
