Some Soviet Captain Cook has discovered Australia, and the next mail boat carries a load of Bolshevik propaganda for a million dollar loan for Russia. By a strange mishap Australia was overlooked, and was only discovered to-da\". He added: 'I am afraid we have been rather provincial, paying too much attention to England and forgetting the Dominions, but now that we have discovered our mistake we intend to pay much more attention to Australia, and we confidently expect the Labourites of Australia generously to contribute. "Regarding New Zealand we recently received £600 for the famine relief from them, and we propose to do all possible to further cement such relationship.
