ESTABLISHED IN BOMBAY. lUc-eived 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Sir Dorab Tata, nu Indian magnate and owner of the famous Jubilee diamond, valued at half a million, says that the Bombay municipality has decided to boycott everything Australian, and all hanks and insurance companies connected with Australia, in consequence of the White Australia policy.— (A. and N.Z)
