WELLINGTON, this day. i After the hearing of evidence in the n case in which John Madson (formerly a i- Harbour Board employee on the wharf) was charged with stealing goods valued at £205 17/6 between June 6, 11120 and October 10, 1022. the presiding justices * committed accused for trial at the Supreme Court. Accused denied all the charges and reserved his defence. Bail was allowed in the sum of £300, and accused is to report at the Police Station twice weekly.
