GAOL-BREAKERS IN SLIGO.
KELP FROM OUTSIDE. LOXDOX, October IS. Thirteen rebels escaped from Sligo gaol by filing through the bars of a small window. They descended by ladders made of strips of blankets, and climbed J the outer wall by means of a plank. They i encountered a body of Xational troops, 'and iheavy firing then begun throughout the town, with the obvious intention of distracting the attention of the military.
